The Committee System
At the core of everything we do are our Committees. Learn more about what goes into running the Council.
The Executive Board
The Executive Board oversees all major decisions within the Council. This team ensures that our activities align with our goals and values, keeping everything on track. Members of this board work closely with all other committees to provide direction and support, ensuring the Council operates smoothly.
Executive Cabinet
The Executive Cabinet works alongside the Executive Board to implement policies and coordinate between various committees. They play a key role in making sure every initiative runs efficiently, providing guidance and support where needed.
Academic Life Committee
The Academic Life Committee focuses on enhancing the academic experience for all students. This includes advocating for better resources, support systems, and opportunities to help students succeed. First Year Class Committee
The First Year Class Committee represents the interests of first-year students, making sure their voices are heard in the Council’s decisions. They organize events and programs tailored to the unique needs of those new to Harvard, helping them adjust and thrive.
Health, Safety, & Wellness Committee
The Health, Safety, & Wellness Committee is dedicated to promoting the well-being of all students. They focus on issues related to mental health, physical health, and overall safety on campus, providing resources and organizing events to support a healthy lifestyle.
Social and Residential Life Committee
The Social and Residential Life Committee enhances the student experience by organizing events and initiatives that foster community and connection among students.
